Donating magazines?

Is there any place near Davis, or farther afield, where I can donate magazines in good condition that I've already read e.g. Economist and Science? If not, I will settle for recycling, but it seems a shame to waste them.

I've advertised such things on Somerville Freecycle in the past, and quickly gotten rid of them. There are also Freecycle lists for Arlington and Cambridge.

If you drop them off at Healthworks, a member could get some small financial benefit to it. I forget the exact details.

Healthworks isn't offering that financial benefit anymore, as far as I know. They used to give you a free water bottle or something if you brought in ten magazines, but it was discontinued.

Call the library and ask them - also, hospitals appreciate them for their waiting rooms.

I drop off magazines at the gym.
