Photo restoration / framing shop?

Does anybody know of a good shop in the area to get non-standard sized photos framed? Something not too expensive but reasonably nice?

Also, I need to restore an old family photo. Any suggestions as to where to do it for not much?

My personal rec based on limited experience: Corners in Porter, IF you have a coupon or they have a sale or both, which is often. 50% off coupons are in all the local "moving kits" you get from the post office.

If you don't find one let me know, I'll have to find it but I think I still have mine and that it's still valid.

One way to save money on framing is to get a mat cut for the photo that is a standard size on the outside and then buy an inexpensive standard size. You can either do this yourself or get it done at a store like Corners for a lot less than an entire custom frame with glass, etc. (If your photo is too weird a shape this might look funny, but it works for more than you'd think.)
