Living situation..

Hi Folks,

Honestly, Craigslist and here are the way to go in my opinion.

If you do decide on hiring someone to help, I have heard good things about Maven Realty. But personally I wouldn't bother with an agent.

We were quite pleased with Maven Realty. Got us a truly lovely 2-floor, 4 bedroom that we share with people through them. If the OP is looking for roommates, I think I know a couple of people also looking to move to Somerville/Davis who are also looking for a place/roommates.

If you DO decide to go with an agent, check out Boston Rental Exchange. They're right in Davis Square and they're amazing.

check out this listing... see if it'll work for you. The photos don't really do the room justice, and there's another entertainment/study attached, as well as nice porch. The garden is quite big. Hop, skip & a jump from Teele & Davis :)
