thanks for the responses. I am in Sacramento, right in midtown and I do love it but it is not home. I'm a Somerville townie all the way. But I don't miss the weather. heh. Someone go tell Gus I say Hi. heh

If you scroll back in this community to October 28, somebody posted a cool little movie of Davis Square's spontaneous midnight street celebration on the night the Sox took the series. You can see the old neighborhood and hundreds of people celebrating. I was there -- it as unforgettable.
