Pastry people!

want to buy a 1kg (2.2lbs) bin of pro-quality frozen raspberry purée, capfruit brand, for cheap? I have four and want to keep one or two. Retail $21.30, yours for $10 or 1:1 trade for baked goods. You pick it up.

Great for granita, coulis, custards, bavarian creams, mousses, sorbet.

also a two-burner Lodge cast-iron griddle, which is great, but rusty, so you gotta scrape and reseason it.

The purée is 90% raspberries, 10% sugar. No chemicals. Good question, e-mailer.
