Moving sale!!

Hi everyone!!! I am moving and am selling a bunch of my stuff. Here are the items:

FUTON: $30 or best offer

BED: $75 for the whole package! (or best offer)

CD CLOCK RADIO ALARM: $35 or best offer ... clearly

PLASTIC SHELVING: $15 for everyting together

PLASTIC DRAWERS: 3 sets for $25 total!

I am moving mid-August, and since I am staying in the same neighborhood, I am VERY flexible on purchase and pick-up dates. I prefer that you come and pick up the things you purchase, but delivery may be able to be arranged, especially on the small stuff. I am in Davis square (both old and new places) and am accessible by T, bus, bike path, car, flying carpet, everything. Email me for pics and of anything and everything. Also, all the descriptions are on my LJ.

Diva Lounge

Has anyone been to Diva Lounge? How are the drinks, atmosphere, etc.? I'm wondering 'cause every time I walk by it seems empty. Is it worth checking out?

BTW, I searched older entries for "diva lounge" and all I found was lots of talk about giant catboxes and the giant cats that use them. ;)

in need of an event location

Hi all,

My studio is hosting an AIGA AFTA party in late August (it's a collection of designers from all over the city who come together in the name of good conversation, free appetizers and drinks that cost too much), and I'm looking to find a location for it.

The qualifications:

Must be able to accomodate under-21 folk;
Must be able to accomodate a pretty decent crowd (the one I went to was 50-80 people easy);
Must be reasonably accessible by public transit;
Must have decent vegetarian food.

Any thoughts? I greatly appreciate your help.

No Davis Square Task Force meeting in July (nor August)

The Davis Square Task Force will not meet on Tuesday, July 25, despite previous announcements. The next meeting will be Wednesday, September 27.
