Roofer recommendation?

Hi helpful DS residents,
Any recommendations for a roofer? I'm in a 6-unit condo building....flat roof. (I have no idea if that matters) We need to get the whole roof recovered. Anyone especially fair and reliable? Any horror stories?

Thanks in advance!

I tagged this 'home repair'. We have had some discussions of roofers in the past, so take a look through the old posts, though I don't know if any of them exactly match your needs.

They provide complimentary littering, we are told.

In a similar vein of disrecommendations, let me offer Joe Squillante, who is found of starting jobs then flaking in the middle of them, or of saying he'll do a warranty repair, and then never showing up for it, and of neglecting flashing around dormers.

Many roofers do that... When I redid my roof, a few years ago, they started the job, left in the middle, and only came back when I started b1tching non-stop because there was a leak and water was soaking my attic ceiling...

Roof Doctors of Marlborough (MA) did our rubber roof on our three-decker a couple of years ago and we've been pleased with the results. (No leaks as I type, or during the monsoon a while back.)

i had stealth construction (http://stealthconstruction.net) replace a chunk of flat roof, and they did a good job.

Recently used Ridge Brothers (out of Kingston) to fix our leaking flat roof - they did a great job. We've been leak free through all of these recent storms.
