i need a tiny flamingo

this is possibly a silly question, but does anyone know where i can buy mini plastic flamingos? i have a, i don't know what to call it, but kind of a desk decoration kind of thing that's a little square of green foam, four plastic flamingos, and three pieces of plastic white picket fence, that you can arrange like a miniature lawn with miniature lawn flamingos on it. that's the kind of thing i mean. or if anyone's seen a small (maybe 5" or 6") plush flamingo in their travels, that would work too.

i went to newbury comics and urban outfitters in harvard square today - i just had this idea last night - but i have no idea where else to look. help?

(edit! i got the foam lawn and miniature flamingos as a white elephant holiday party gift, so i don't know where it came from.)

Rite-Aid in Davis Sq. has Beanie Baby flamingos for $4.99. Seems like about the right size.

I would go to a party supply store. There's an iParty on Boylston street downtown but I'm sure there's some place closer too...

The last time I "needed" a pink flamingo, I found it at Joie De Vivre (1792 Mass. Ave., Porter Square). It was plastic, about 6 inches tall, and had a bobble head. This was probably about 10 years ago so I don't know if they still sell them.

Not an exact match, but it's just the right season for flamingo swizzle sticks, I think. I'm pretty sure mine came from iParty.

Dollar stores tend to have luau/summer-themed stuff out right now, too

k Henry Bear's Park in Porter and Stellabella, just 2m up mass ave. They have lots of little silly gifts in bins by the counter (for when teachers/parents are looking for reward toys; little inexpensive things). I'm a cat and hedgehog person, myself, and have never been disappointed at either.

We know they are knowledgeable about plastic jesuses and madonnas, but I did not expect this for pink flamingos.

This was the sort of thing I would go to Verna's cake decorating store for, but I think it's just the doughnut shop now...
