Flatbread Company's pizzeria/bowling alley opens this Saturday

Enroute to the Farmer's Market today I saw smoke coming from Flatbread Co's chimneys so I went to have a look. Sure enough they were firing up the ovens. The manager invited me inside for a look and said the place would be opening on Saturday.

Interesting, hadn't heard about that one. I did hear that American Flatbread recently sold the frozen pizza business and will no longer make the frozen ones in Waitsfield.
