After living in the greater Davis Square area for 14 years I must bid you all adieu. Thank you all for the years of friendship and kindness. I'll miss the area (and this community), but life moves on.

Thank you to the moderators for such a wonderful community. I hope I can find something similar in my new digs.

It's funny you should mention that. Where I'm living now there's only one reserved parking space in the garage, so my car has to live on the street. The parking on the street is completely unrestricted. In fact I've left the car parked in one spot, unmoved, for well over a month and the only thing I've gotten is dirt and leaves (and an occasional flier). Talk about culture shock. I kept asking "are you sure they wont ticket me for abandoning my car?"

As for ample... it depends very much on time of day. During the work days it's very easy to find parking. At night and on weekends, no so much. However since I work from home it's easy enough to move my car to a "good spot".
