Small Breed Dog Found at Powder House Park

A small terrier mix was found near Powderhouse Park on 11/3/10. The dog was wearing a harness and dragging a retractable leash when found.

Thanks all who contacted my husband and me -- I spoke with Officer Terrio and we confirmed that this isn't Marisol. She's keeping an eye out for her, too!
