web site developer

Can anyone recommend a dependable, reasonably-priced local web site developer who could update my current site (no design required, just some changes in content/pages), and deal with the logistics involved in transferring my current site files (from a developer who suddenly passed away) and domain re-registration?

I was indeed going to offer my services. Tomorrow I am going to see The Bakery reading at 2pm (in Davis, so I'd be available until 1 and after 5); I have day work M-W this week, and am busy Tues & Wednesday evenings, but otherwise am free with those times blocked out.

I do web development work, as well as UX and SEO work (and not the sleazy kind of SEO work).
