4 $5.00 off Similac coupons and a sample tin - free

I just got 4 coupons for $5.00 off Similac baby formula in the mail, as well as what appears to be a half-sized tin of the stuff. I'm due any time now, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to be able to breastfeed exclusively. If anyone can make use of these things, let me know, and I'll send them to work with my fiancé on Monday! They'll be available for pick up in the Henderson Carriage building on Mass Ave.

In general, a breast-feeding mom who thinks she needs to supplement with formula is usually mistaken. It generally stems from a misunderstanding of the way the system works. Most moms go through a period of thinking that they "aren't making enough milk" and usually this is not actually the case.

Advising a soon-to-be mom to keep formula around "just in case" is potentially extremely damaging to the breastfeeding relationship. And it is entirely untrue that only "strident" breastfeeders can do it without help.
