Anyone know a good tax advisor or tax preparer?

I need some advice in a big way -- I'm dealing with my late brother's finances and have tax questions out the wazoo. Anyone have any recommendations in or around this area? Thanks!

I've been happy with the service from James Associates in Davis Square. Richard James has been very helpful with tax issues. My one caveat is that their receptionists/secretaries are really bad at communication -- they always forget to call when things are ready and are terrible at returning phonecalls.

I use Diane O'Brien (an enrolled agent) - located in Davis Square - to do my taxes. Very knowledgeable.

Minus-oneing Diane O'Brien, unfortunately; she flaked on us enormously on multiple levels last year, and failed to make good on it. Got demanding letters from the IRS and everything. And she spelled our name and street address wrong, despite multiple requests for correction.
