Places in or around the area that sell new mattresses/boxsprings for reasonable prices?

Thanks!

Mystic Bedding! Mystic Bedding! Mystic Bedding! You buy factory-direct.

If they're too expensive for you, try Big John's at Lechmere:

I vastly prefer Mystic Bedding, myself. But Big John's does have some very inexpensive mattresses.

Sears is a great idea, too--I often forget to check there for housewares and they sometimes have fantastic deals.

There's Gardiner Mattress in Salem which is awesome.

What I did years ago was call Dial-A-Mattress and get their price quote and used that as a bargaining piece with local stores after they named their price. They dropped the price (and even lower than D-A-M + free shipping). Sorry, it was over a decade ago so I don't remember where, but just wanted to pass on some advice for getting a reasonable price.
