Reliable snow removal services?

Anyone have a recommendation for a reliable snow removal service that is taking new customers?

We'd contracted with one, but they haven't shown up the prior two snowfalls.  We live around the intersection of Elm and Somerville Aves, half a mile south of Porter.

Tangential but relevant: requesting volunteer shoveling via the SeeClickFix app (http://www.bostonglobe.com/metro/2013/12/19/elderly-get-snow-shoveling-assistance/7IsIRDq63Ek09UxtOP2YEJ/story.html?p1=Well_BG_Links) for elderly/disabled neighbors. While this article is about Boston, it is the underlying engine of the Commonwealth Connect app which Somerville also uses. Under Report-> Issue title->neighbor issues you can choose "snow shoveling request" you can post your address, details about what needs to be shoveled, and a photo if you have one. This depends on other SeeClickFix users looking in "Issues" in the app if they want to volunteer shoveling - so please consider doing that if you are an able-bodied person wishing to help your neighbor.
