Dryer Vent Cleaning?

We suspect our dryer vent needs to be cleaned out badly. Has anyone used a local cleaner that they feel like recommending? I'd like to find someone good because I think our situation may be challenging. Our dryer (and the vent) are on the 3rd floor and I'm not sure the dryer is moveable. It's wedged in so tightly into a converted closet that I suspect it's now structural.  I'm hoping for someone crafty because they'll probably need to go in via the vent.

Any suggestions are much appreciated!

There are also gadgets for dryer vent cleaning which I've not used but look considerably cheaper than the $70ish callout charge you will pay to Dell's Appliances.
