Sew-Fisticated and Sew-Low are good bets for fleece. I don't think I've ever seen fleece at Fabric Corner, though they have enviable gorgeous batik/hand-dyed and fancy quilting and decorator prints that are all beautiful. T accessible places I think are all in Chinatown, but I know that a lot of what used to be there has closed.
