Brass band

Does anyone know what's up with that brass band that marches through Davis every Sunday afternoon around 3-5?

They play at Honk and practice year round in Somerville and the parades on Sunday bring a bit of publicity to their group as I believe they are open to new members. I always love stumbling into them on weekends as they are pretty talented.

I wish that they would learn a few more songs. They always play the same 2 or 3.

This is indeed the School of Honk (http://davis-square.livejournal.com/3469473.html). I think their repertoire is up to 6 or 7 songs. Since many of the players are real beginners, they've been taking things slowly.
