Neighborhood meeting re proposed donut shop 377 Summer St. July 27 at 6pm

I'm not sure if I am posting correctly so this site and may have posted twice.

Monday, July 27 at 6pm Rebekah Gewirtz is sponsoring this meeting with the developer, architect and attorney (R.G. Di Girolamo to answer questions about this shop. The notice was on a flyer put on my porch.

Is this meeting at the proposed location?

Your post looks fine and is not a duplicate. You may want to link to your earlier post which has more detail and discussion.

If using the HTML editor, just use standard HTML. <a href="http://URL-of-your-earlier-post">some text</a>

If using the Visual Editor, there's a paper-clip icon for inserting a link.

A non DD donut shop? Is that allowed? :)

I don't think it's germane to the post, but speaking as a regular person, I would love a fresh independent doughnut shop in Davis. I'm not a fan of the DD "baked goods."

In the meantime, check out Union Square Donuts in...Union Square. There donuts are so much better thank Dunkin!

I know; last year, they did a kiosk at the Central Square Farmers Market. Union Square is totally off my track and it requires an effort to get out there and it just never seems to happen. Even though their doughnuts are to me pornographically divine.

They sell them at Voltage in Kendall too, in case that's more on your track.

Wasn't it noted in an earlier post that the owner of the building is partnering with a guy who has some Dipping Donuts locations; along with having a corporate address at 236 Elm st? So I wasn't sure if this was actually the owner of the Dunkin Donuts; so I don't know how "independant" this would be

Did anyone attend this meeting? What's the scoop?

Cheers,
