Computer Tutoring/ Consulting/Setup/Help?

Sorry to be so vague, but this is a third-hand request from a potential client for computer "help" in Cambridge. It seems the person in question is looking for some paid tutoring/consulting/setup services. In addition to computer expertise, she's looking for someone comfortable with one-on-one teaching and with good interpersonal skills.

Any recommendations? Is anyone here doing that kind of work themselves?

Thanks so much.

What exactly is this person looking for to be assisted/helped with? is it computer related as in hardware setup; but also related to learning how to use particular software?

She should check to see if her local library offers relevant classes and/or one-on-one assistance by appointment - lots of librarians spend a lot of time on teaching computer skills these days.

I have used Mark Bildman for years for many computer issues. He's right in Cambridge, makes house calls, explains computer issues well, and fixes problems quickly.
