landlord recommendations?

Do you like your landlord? I'm looking for a new one and I'm looking for recommendations!

My landlord is me, and I'm all different sorts of awesome. What are you looking for, exactly?

Aww, I was gonna recommend my place but we are not allowed pets. Although that doesn't stop the guy who lives in the basement apt. from having one...

I don't think it's too early to look, but sadly, this awesome landlord has too few bedrooms to suit your taste.

Just curious, but what does a one bedroom apartment in this area go for? Thanks :)

I rented out a furnished one bedroom apartment in my basement, utilities included, for $1,000 a month. Location wise, it's between Teele and Davis.

Plan on spending more than $2,000 per month. My 4 BR that I rent is $2600 and a single goes in the low to mid $1000s for this area.

June 1 is difficult since students tend to rent on a fall start of lease. My lease starts Jun 1 but we have been here for 10 years with various combinations of roommates.

Definitely start now.

I'd like my landlord situation more if I didn't have to listen to her townie forty-something son screaming at her a few times a week. I'll be moving within the year.

My landlord is great, but he lives upstairs and just rents one apartment (the one I live in). Sorry :(

I hate to break it to you, but you'll probably need to move if you want a new landlord.
