landlord recommendations?

Do you like your landlord? I'm looking for a new one and I'm looking for recommendations!

Plan on spending more than $2,000 per month. My 4 BR that I rent is $2600 and a single goes in the low to mid $1000s for this area.

June 1 is difficult since students tend to rent on a fall start of lease. My lease starts Jun 1 but we have been here for 10 years with various combinations of roommates.

Definitely start now.
