Howard St. / Davis Sq. - Looking for the woman who saved my mom

Wednesday morning, my mom was out walking her pet beagle, Cookie. She hit some uneven pavement and took a nasty spill, breaking her nose and severely lacerating her hand. There was lots of blood. A kind young woman took control of the dog and helped my mom to get home (Kingston St.) where my sisters could take her to the hospital.
The woman never mentioned her name to my mom, and hasn't been by the house since. We'd like to thank her, as my mom's injuries and blood loss were very severe and it's likely that she may not have made it without help.
If you know this person, please let her know we're looking for her.

You may also want to post this on the Davis Square Facebook group, which has a larger readership than we do here. And perhaps also on NextDoor.com, if you are a member there.

A description of the woman might also help.

Thanks for the reminder that there are good people in the world and some of them live in Somerville!
