2M seeking roommate for 10/1

I'm moving out of my place starting 9/15 (out completely by 10/1) and my roommates need to fill my bedroom. The apartment is a funkily painted 3 BR in a double triple decker on Summer St. There is a great view from the living room, as the place is on top of Spring Hill. The room is medium sized with two big windows and a decent sized closet. Storage space in the basement. The rent is $600 + utilities. There is coin laundry in the building and off street parking. The apartment is about 15 minutes downhill to Porter and Davis, and about 20-30 minutes to Union and Harvard. The location is great for the T and the highways.

Are pets allowed?

The landlord has allowed my cat, probably because he continually forgets that I have it. One of my roommates is allergic to cats, though, so probably would like the place to be cat-free.
