Cool Christmas Presents!
selling some odds and ends to generate cash as i prepare to
move - please call me at 617 794 1479 or email
andrew@salamander.net if you are interested - all this stuff
is gonna go up on ebay later this week if still around.
1. Guitar Amp: Musicman 212 "sixty-five". Beautiful shape
- combo transistor and tube amp, two clean channels and
two with effects. this is a killer amp, sounds great for rock,
funk, blues, jazz. i've used it with a Gibson ES-347, Les
Paul Studio, Heritage H535, Godin, and accoustics with in-
hold pickups - sounds phenominal with all of them. the
amp is in mint shape and produces studio quality sound.
Only non-stock modification is a blue lens replacing the red
lens on the power light. i also had the speakers
reconditioned by an amp shop when first got it about a year
ago. here are some reviews: http://www.harmony-
central.com/Guitar/Data/Music_Man/212_Sixty_Five
-01.html selling this one for $500
2. multiple-guitar stand. holds 6 guitars sideways, fits both
accoustic and electric guitars, padded to avoid hurting
them, and very stable - impossible to knock over and holds
multiple guitars better than the 3 or 6 guitar "tree" stands.
great for a music room to keep guitars organized or a stage
show. $30
3. box of Mac's. this is a bunch of odds and ends - all of it
working - could be turned into two G3's with a little
tinkering, includes:
- stock beige G3 233
- stock PowerMac 7500
- G3 333/350 upgrade chip for either above.
- carrier card for upgrade chip (needed if used in the
7500)
- both machines have CD drives, ethernet, bunch of
RAM, stock hard-drives, and i'll toss in a couple of 12 gig
drives. $250 for the bunch.
4. Desk - a nice large glass "L" shaped desk - 60 inches
measured from each arm of the L to the midpoint - curved
at the bend, thick glass on black metal legs/stands. $75 -
note, you prolly don't want to have me ship this one, as it
weighs a bunch, although it breaks down pretty small.
5. a "TransPod" - allows an iPod to be played over your FM
Radio in your car. works with the 5, 10, 20, and 30 gig
iPod's with the Firewire port. $50 doesn't work with the
dock-based iPods, as far as i know. more info here: http:/
/www.welovemacs.com/w0012002.html
6. "antique" Guitar Amp - Silvertone. little itty bitty Tube
amp. has one bad tube so it "brooms" when turned on, but
the tube can be replaced. a real collector's item. $75
7. Brainmaster http://www.brainm.com EEG Neurofeedback
/ EMG / EKG biofeedback unit. comes with instructional
video, eeg paste and prep solution, 6 gold-plated
electrodes (two with earclips), carrying case, version 1.9A
software. this is a 2-channel, model 2E serial #1741 unit,
so can be upgraded to the latest software. $800
all this stuff has to go soon - i'm moving on the 27th.
to that end i'll ebay anthing that doesn't sell in the next few
days - call / write if you want me to hold something for ya
:)
items can be picked up in the boston area, or i'll ship for
cost of shipping.
