$850 bedroom in Davis (Chester St) with private parking!

One of my housemates is moving out and we're looking for someone to move in by the beginning of September. The house is pretty much *in* Davis square, we're a stone's throw away from Redbones, and as such, about a 1 minute walk to the T. Better yet, you get guaranteed parking on the private street right next to our house. If anyone ever takes your designated parking spot, you have them towed.

There are three bedrooms total, one bathroom, full kitchen with a dishwasher, living room, sunroom (great for yoga!), free laundry in the basement. Utilities not included, they run $50 in low months to $100 in the dead of winter (full cable, wireless and wired hi-speed internet plus general heat/water/gas utilities, there is no house phone). The house is on the second and third floor of a triple decker, this bedroom is on the second floor. The bedroom itself has two windows facing southeast and southwest, and it has a new carpet over the hardwood floor.

The housemate and myself are mid-to-late-20s, very low-key, we're not the partying type, so if you work full-time (plus) hours you'll come home to a clean, quiet house without anyone bothering your peace of mind. There is a patio area in the back of the house, so when we do have friends over there is space for a BBQ, but we're not the type to throw a spontaneous kegger.

We're looking for a working professional who will also be quiet, low-key and clean -- we're really particular about who lives here as this house is very special to us (and our landlord, who considers this house his special baby). Smoking and pets are not allowed.

nope, i'm on rogers (right in ball square), but i'm always surprised to find out how many people that i've met out actually live right near me!
