48 Grove Street co-denizens?

Just curious if anyone else here works in 48 Grove Street (the long brick factory building by the College exit to the T, for those of you who don't work there).  I walk past folks in the hall and wonder if I've read their posts here.

it looks like a nice place, but I have not been able to make their realtors return my calls so far, so I might never find it out for myself.
