Voting Info

I thought those of you who are voting today in the democratic primary (or who will be voting in the fall, for that matter) might want to know that The City of Somervile Website has a handy way to show you your polling location. There are several different Somerville locations, you are assigned one based on your address. Click here.

Wow, and what's even cooler is, you can find out how much the building you live in is assessed at. Neat!

thanks - can we ONLY vote at that one place (even if there are other polling places in our district?)

My polling place is right next door to my chez, which is cool. I can lean out my window and heckle the people holding signs if I so chose.

Times?

You haven't bumped into information on how late the polls are open have you? I was running late this morning so figured I've vote after I got home, but I don't know what time I need to be home by and haven't found it online yet.

They're open until 8, according to boston.com.

Also, for those not actually in Somerville,
http://www.wheredoivotema.com/bal/myelectioninfo.php
has a form for all of MA.
