In the spirit of Tom Champion ...

If you live in Ward Seven, or if you have a Zone 1 parking permit (which, I guess may apply to people in other wards) don't forget to put your new resident parking sticker on your car.

On my drive this morning, I saw DOZENS of bright orange pieces of paper staring back at me on cars with the old sticker. The city is not giving any leniency in this matter, near as I can tell.

I don't know which ward I live in (near Inman), have a sticker with a 6 on it, but I know it expires in June because my visitor passes have a huge "JUNE" written along the side.

This will tell you what ward you live in, and where your polling place is for next Tuesday's election. Inman Square area is Ward 2.

Huh... glad you linked that. Even though I live in the same ward as Nov. '06, my polling place is different.

Have you moved within the ward? Each ward has three precincts. I don't recall hearing about any polling place changes, except for Ward 1 Precinct 1 (which was in the recently burned East Somerville Community School). Here's the full list of polling places.
