Anyone else lose power last night, around 4:30 AM? Anyone know why?

I'm up past Tufts, on Powder House Blvd.

I'm down past Teele, near Dilboy Stadium, and I woke up this morning with blinking light clocks. I don't know what time it happened...

thankfully, my alarm has a 9v backup...
