Tax accountants?
It's that time of year again. Anyone out there have good things to say about their tax accountants? Anyone else's tax accountants?
(Particularly if they handle both personal and small business taxes. Particularly particularly if they have experience with Canadian taxes, too. But I'm sure that plenty of people reading davis_square in two months will be frantically looking back for any suggestions at all.)

Diane O'Brien
I've gone to her for the past few years, and sent several friends as well. As a freelancer, I end up with a stack of 20+ W2s and 1099s. She is fast and friendly; I usually end up chatting with her about how I'm saving my money or what I should be doing about quarterly taxes.
And she charges on a sliding scale :)

TT has personal, business, and international tax preparation available for wicked cheap, and it checks every nook and cranny.
maybe i'm misunderstanding your interpretation of the OP's post?

Fair enough. :)
Responding to the original question, though -- I've got enough things going on with my taxes that I like to use a human. Over the years I've tried TT, accountants, and doing them myself by hand, and I generally find paying someone worth the money.
