Small dixie cups?

Where do I find these? You know - the tiny paper ones you use for jell-o shots. I've checked CVS, the dollar store, and a few grocery stores with no luck. :/

Time is kind of important, they're for a birthday party and I had no idea they'd be so difficult to find.
Yay, I found a Foodmaster that had them! Thanks guys.

While I'm here - any leads on a basic, inexpensive, 16"x20" black picture frame would be fabulous! TJMaxx had nothing, and all the frame stores in the area only seem to carry ridiculously expensive frames that aren't what I need.

Thanks! :)

they do! saw them when we were there yesterday, admittedly while thinking, 'wow, people still buy dixie cups these days?' Not very green, them.

but are Solo cups any greener?

Solo cups are recyclable... if you can bring yourself to rinse out the nastiness in them the day after your party.

I've been known to run them through the dishwasher, with the heated dry option turned off. But I'm not sure the curled rim of the cup can be cleaned very well.
