Need A Room

Ok. I'm going to try this one more time and again if I have to. I need suggestions from the Davis Sq. community. Each year I visit the area and stay at Morrison House B&B. Well I waited too long for reservations and they are booked on the weekend of ART BEAST (festival) July 17th. I need some place to stay - 4-5 days, must be cheap, clean near Davis and the Red Line. Anyone have any suggestions???

But used to be Hawthorn Suites, so you may find people calling it that in old blog entries (here and elsewhere).
