The city of Cambridge runs them regularly in Cambridge city hall. See http://www.cambridgema.gov/cdd/hsg/own/hsg_own.html#coun.

It's a good class. Some of the speakers were better than others when I took it - I remember being very impressed with the person from Wainwright and the home inspector. I think those visitors probably change all the time though.

Agreed. For a government-run course that you have to take (if you want the SoftSecond benefits, anyway), it was remarkably efficient and worthwhile.
