It's a good class. Some of the speakers were better than others when I took it - I remember being very impressed with the person from Wainwright and the home inspector. I think those visitors probably change all the time though.

Get a good inspector before you put in an offer.
Putting down a bigger down payment helps with your mortgage more than a lower interest rate.
Give the bank 3 times as long as they say they will take.
Have a lawyer on your side on closing day to explain everything you're signing.
