Medford snow emergency email/twitter notification--new!!

Hey y'all, I'm helping Medford set up a snow emergency email notification (it will ONLY send out snow emergency & emergency-lifted notifications); if you want to be on the list, email medfordmasnow@gmail.com

There will also be a twitter feed @medfordmasnow.

I'd love to encourage the Medford gov't to have more of an online presence, so if you live or park in Medford, please do sign up!

Fortunately we have a garage, so this won't be too useful for us, but I like the idea. Might want to x-post this to the medford_ma community, too.

I recommend keeping in the loop anyway. I have a driveway, but I'd feel like quite the ass if a friend came to visit and was towed because I didn't know to tell them a snow emergency was in effect. Or if I was elsewhere for the day, etc.
