I'm currently looking to move out of my ball square apartment on September 1st. I'm looking to be more in the Davis area preferably close to the T. Does anyone know of any 3 bedrooms available? I've been checking craigslist, but I thought I would take stab at it here too.

Looking for Painter

I think I've come to the point where I'd rather pay someone than paint.

I'm looking to have some interior painting done in late August, with maybe a bit of exterior work as well. Anyone have any suggestions for painters who will a good job for a reasonable price?

So, i figure since i inadvertently landed a cleaning gig on livejournal via a thread, i would give a shot to making an actual post to get a couple more. Does anyone need a hand doing their household chores? I wash your dishes, you get to play with your kids, etc. Yay!

when i moved into my place i inherited a box with somewhere between 50 and 100 new, unused 36"x48" 4mil (fairly heavy) non-gusseted poly bags.  they're not labeled as being food-grade.

i don't want them.  do you ?
