Outdoor Fitness Classes starting 4/5
Mountain Strength Fitness Out Door Classes!
1. If you're in the Davis/Teele Square area, we're VERY Local. Accessible via bus and we have parking as well!
2. If you have been wanting to take a class in the morning, but everything is scheduled too late to get to work, we're the answer! (We have schedules starting as early as 6am!)
3. You won't get bored! We're constantly varied high intensity fitness! Everything is scalable, and you will always feel challenged. That said, nothing is impossible!
4. We are not about just making you look good, though you will. We are about helping you increase flexibility, feel more comfortable in your own skin, be more confident, and be a stronger, fitter version of the person you are today.
5. On the second day of class, you get to wish me a happy 30th Birthday, Isn't that worth the price of admission alone?
6. We are NOT a Boot Camp. We do not run 5 miles, we will not yell at you, you will not do the same thing every day, and most likely, you'll have fun!
7. If you participated in the Mayor's Fitness Challenge, you got a Fitness Buck you can use toward a free class with us!
Take a look at the location, times and rates and see if we fit your needs, I'd love to see you there!
I also promise to not spam you guys here on DSLJ about this business. I may mention when we have a new session starting, but only if the response to this posting is positive!

The fitness program centers around the methodologies of the Crossfit system.
Our group classes involve a mix of:
- Metabolic conditioning (running, jump rope)
- Strength training (dumbbell lifts, kettlebells)
- Body weight exercises (push ups, sit ups).
