is Spun permanently out of business?

Today would have been a perfect day for frozen yogurt, but Spun appeared to be closed when I rode by it around 5 this afternoon.

(Yes, I know we've had this conversation several times before, but I saw the place open just a few weeks ago.)

we just biked by there a few minutes ago and they appeared to be open and serving customers.
