I wonder how long that actually means. Gah.

It would appear that Somerville's mayor, seeing what the "War On <foo>" has done for 20 years of U.S. Presidents, has declared a "War On Snow" that will last "until the snow is gone and pavement is free of the oppression of snow throughout Somerville."
