Not sure how to parse this, but yes, parking meters are charging in Somerville. Charging money. 25¢ per quarter hour, I believe. As to whether they are chargin' their lasers, your guess is as good as mine.

It is a holiday, WRT trash pickup, etc. So presumably it is a parking holiday as well.
