recommendation requests

I'm hoping for recommendations for the following:

A good insurance agent with a local office who has good rates and explains things in little words.
A travel agent.
A chiropractor who's local (T-accessible) and good, and ideally some combination of female, not-insane (ie doesn't belive chiropractic practice can cure AIDS), gentle (my last chiropractor used an activator), cheap or accepts insurance, and has some experience with hand problems or RSIs. I realise I won't get all of those, but I'm hoping, since my last chiropractor was all of the above except local, alas.
