House-cleaning suggestions?

I'm looking for a service to do monthly house-cleaning. I've already tried services that either don't read important instructions, or can't reliably show up or keep track of my house key. Anyone using a company they'd recommend?

I highly recommend Spotless New England! I got the tip from several Somerville-based friends and had them come do my place in East Boston. I'm so impressed, and they have, so far, been really reliable.

She's very good about following my instructions and has been quite reliable and reasonable. She's strictly cleaning though -- things are cleaned, not straightened. I prefer this, as it took me for ever to find things after my last service, and I don't feel the need to have my bath towels arranged nicely and toilet paper folded over.

He's based in the Davis area and cleans like whoa. He's the reason I got my entire security deposit back from my last landlord. I believe he's accepting new clients.

I've been using Fab's Cleaning for nearly a year, and they've been very good. They straighten, clean, and even do dishes and such. One caveat is that I'm always home while they clean, so I can't vouch for how they do while nobody's here.

We've been using Fab's cleaning for years, since back before Fabiola had to return to Brazil. We're usually not around, and they're great with cleaning the house. Our dog even likes them, and follows them around the house until the start vacuuming.

I highly recommend Sebastian and his wife from http://www.sccleaning.net/ who have been cleaning my place every month for a year. They spent an entire day the first time they came, and only charged for 4 hours, and have kept my place looking great ever since. I found out about them from this LJ.

I second the recommendation for Silva Cleaning. They're reliable, friendly and do a great job. We have used them for a year and a half now and have never had any problems with them.
