Tiny House seeking a place to root down

Hi All,

My brother-in-law has been working hard on an awesome tiny house project. Built entirely by himself, and close to completion, he is now seeking help/information/leads on a place to set it down permanently, either by renting or purchasing space.  Please visit the following link for more details:

Thanks!

Is this now in or near Somerville? Can folks come visit it where it is now?

I followed the link but there didn't seem to be any content.

it's a PDF of a 1-page flyer, with a photo of the house, a description, and an e-mail address. You don't see this?

ETA: I'm using Chrome

Me Neither, but trying a different browser (Chrome) fixed that for me.

For some reason, this fascinates me.

Out of curiousity, does your brother in law also need to tap into any utilities like electricity and water?

Awesome, too bad our society is so anti density at the expense of the environment. Tiny house fascinates people, but many apartments in one place they whine about on street parking being more in demand.

I know many beach towns would allow them as summer homes (forbidding permanent residence). otherwise you're looking at getting variances for most towns in eastern MA or buying land in VT :)

How many Sq Ft is the roof? if under 140 it'd be easy to install in a backyard in my town as a shed, so he could maybe post a "wanted: small corner of your property to rent" ad on Craigslist. might require some minor ignoring of the law, but with little repercussions other than having to move it if caught

Interesting. Do you use rainwater for showering and then recirculate it?
