What's in the fomer ZIng Pizza location?

Last Saturday around 6pm there were about 30-40 people lined up in front of the former Zing Pizza location. Just wondering what's moved in there. Apparently it's popular.

We have passed it twice when there was no line, but we were surprised. It's apparently extremely popular! :)
