I've got mice

Can anyone recommend an exterminator to get rid of mice in a 3 family? I've tried trapping them to no effect. Maybe they would prefer Roquefort in the traps.

Yes, Best Pest-I have used them a number of times for various properties.

Best way to take of this long term is removing food source and adding a cat to the mix. Best Pest will plug holes in the house which the mice are travelling in which is also helpful and they'll put some poising.

They are great and professional guys.

second the cat. also, put anything a mouse might chew through to get food (boxed goods, bread in plastic wrappers) into hard plastic containers. if you're using standard traps, put peanut butter as bait. or try glue traps.

I actually had Best Pest come and de-mouse my place two years ago, and was rather unimpressed by their service. They say that they will plug the holes and put down poison; the guy was in my house for a total of 40 minutes, the last 15 of which were spent explaining to me what I could and couldn't expect from them. I don't believe that I received quality service from them (can you imagine doing a thorough search for mouse holes - and plugging them - in 25 minutes?) and sure enough, after this cold snap, I just found evidence of mice in my basement again.
