Wordpress help sought

I'm looking for a local Wordpress website developer/team to salvage a relatively small and simple half-baked website after the initial developer had an emergency and abruptly left the area.  Prefer a well-established individual or business with a portfolio and references.  Anyone got any recommendations ? Thanks !
