Tea shop coming to former Davis Square Cleaners storefront?

The former Davis Square Cleaners on Elm Street has a big blue SPECIAL PERMIT sign out front, saying something about converting it to a tea shop.

(The SPECIAL PERMIT sign says only "tea shop" and does not include the name of the store.)
