Tea shop coming to former Davis Square Cleaners storefront?

The former Davis Square Cleaners on Elm Street has a big blue SPECIAL PERMIT sign out front, saying something about converting it to a tea shop.

If Kindred sells the sort of thing they were giving out as samples at ArtBeat, they won't be competing with this new bubble tea shop --- their specialty (specialTEA! har har) is more along the healthfoody angle, with herbal teas and apple cider vinegar tonics.
